沸石咪唑骨架材料ZIF-7的合成及性能研究

摘  要:沸石咪唑骨架结构材料(ZIFs)是一种由金属原子桥联多个咪唑类环型有机分子组成的化合物。在气体吸附、催化和存储等方面可能具有很大的利用价值。ZIFs能够让大小或者形状合适的气体分子进入其中并将其存储起来,而将较大或者形状与内部孔结构不同的气体分子阻挡在外。笔者研究了ZIF-7晶体的合成方法并对所得ZIF-7晶体进行表征。ZIFs材料合成的方法主要有2种,分别为溶剂热合成法、液相扩散法,笔者主要用溶剂热合成法合成ZIF-7晶体。实验分别考察了反应时间、反应温度、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF),六水合硝酸锌和苯并咪唑的不同配比对合成的影响。采用XRD、SEM、TGA分析技术对样品进行表征。笔者采用XRD、SEM和热重等表征方法研究结果表明:不同配比以及反应温度,反应时间的不同所得到的晶体在外观和各项性能上都有所不同。随着工艺条件的改变,ZIF-7的热性能,结晶度都有所改变。n(Zn 2+)∶n(BIM)=1∶2.8,并在120~130℃下反应2 h所得晶体粒度分布均一,晶体的形貌比较规则,而且结晶度较高,无杂峰出现,热稳定性较高。Zeolitic Imidazolate Frameworks(ZIF-7)is a kind of metal atoms by bridging multiple imidazoles ring compound of organic molecules,in such aspects as gas adsorption,catalytic and storage may have very big use value.It may have big use value in in such aspects as gas adsorption,catalytic and storage.ZIFs can make size or shape suitable gas molecules to enter and store it up,and the larger or shape and internal structure of different gas molecules are out.This paper studies the ZIF-7 crystals in the synthesis and characterization methods.ZlFs synthesis method basically has two kinds of materials,solvent thermal bonding method,liquid phase diffusion method,This article mainly use solvent thermal bonding diagnosis ZIF-7 crystal synthesis.Experiment respectively investigated the reaction time,reaction temperature,the influence of different proportion of N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF),zinc nitrate hexahydrate and benzimidazole on synthesis.Using XRD,SEM,TGA analysis technology characterize the samples.After characterization of samples,this paper use the characterization such as XRD,SEM and Thermo-gravimetric analysis method found thatdifferent ratio and reaction temperature,reaction time difference of crystals are different in appearance and performance.With the change of the process conditions,the thermal properties,crystallinity of ZIF-7 were changed.n(Zn 2+)∶n(BIM)=1∶2.8,and in 120~130℃under reaction 2 hours the crystal size distribution uniformity,crystal morphology is rules,and it slao has higher.
