摘　　要：国家审计作为党和国家监督体系的组成部分,是国家治理过程中的重要武器,但是审计人员职业道德缺失的事件却时有发生,降低了人民群众对国家审计工作的信任感。在新时代背景下,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引,加强国家审计人员职业道德建设,培养审计人才"工匠"精神,有利于国家审计人员全心全意践行为人民服务宗旨,领悟国家赋予审计人员的权利与责任,提高自我约束能力,激发审计工作活力,充分发挥国家审计监督作用。As a part of the supervision system of the party and the state, national audit is an important weapon in the process of national governance. However, the lack of professional ethics of auditors often occurs, which reduces the people’s trust in the work of national audit.Under the background of the new era, we should take Xi Jinping’s new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics as the guideline, strengthen the construction of professional ethics of national auditors, cultivate the spirit of "craftsmen" of audit talents, deeply learn the purpose of serving the people by new ideas, and understand the rights and responsibilities of the state to the auditors.In this way, auditors can improve their ability of self-restraint, stimulate their vitality and play a better role in the supervision of national audit.
