下肢静脉曲张患者发生静脉溃疡的潜在危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨下肢静脉曲张患者静脉溃疡的潜在危险因素并制定针对性预防措施。方法选取为2017年1月至2019年1月于我院治疗的100例下肢静脉曲张静脉溃疡患者为研究对象,收集患者性别、年龄、是否合并高血压、糖尿病、下肢静脉曲张家族史、深静脉血栓史、是否大量吸烟、下肢静脉反流、体质量、患病侧、是否氧疗的资料,采用多因素logistic回归分析确定静脉溃疡形成的潜在危险因素。结果多因素logistic回归分析显示,深静脉血栓史、重体力劳动者、下肢静脉反流、大量吸烟、未进行氧疗是下肢静脉曲张患者静脉溃疡形成的独立危险因素。结论深静脉血栓史、重体力劳动者、下肢静脉反流、大量吸烟、未进行氧疗等均会增加下肢静脉曲张患者发生静脉溃疡的风险,临床应对此类高危人群采取针对性干预措施以降低静脉溃疡形成。Objective To investigate the potential risk factors of venous ulcers in patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities and develop targeted preventive measures.Methods We selected 100 cases of patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 as the study subjects.The data including patients'gender,age,whether they were associated with hypertension,diabetes,family history of varicose veins of the lower extremities,history of deep venous thrombosis,heavy smoking,venous reflux in the lower extremities,body weight,affected side,and whether oxygen therapy,etc,.which were collected.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine the potential risk factors for venous ulcer formation.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the history of deep venous thrombosis,heavy manual labor,venous reflux in the lower extremities,heavy smoking,and no oxygen therapy were the independent risk factors for venous ulcer formation in patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities.Conclusion The history of deep venous thrombosis,heavy manual labor,venous reflux in the lower extremities,heavy smoking and no oxygen therapy would increase the risk of venous ulcers in patients with varicose veins in the lower extremities.Targeted interventions should be taken to reduce the formation of venous ulcers in such high-risk groups.
