摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在急性脑梗死早期血管介入治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年6月至2018年10月收治的行早期血管介入治疗的急性脑梗死患者88例,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径护理,比较两组患者护理依从性及生活质量。结果观察组护理依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在急性脑梗死早期血管介入患者治疗中的应用,能增强护理依从性,提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in early vascular interventional treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods To select 88 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated with early vascular intervention in our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given clinical nursing pathway to compare the nursing compliance and quality of life between patients of two groups.Results The nursing compliance in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in early vascular interventional treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction could enhance the nursing compliance and improve the quality of life.
