基于APP的精准康复护理在全膝关节置换术后功能锻炼中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于APP的精准康复护理在全膝关节置换术患者术后功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年3月青岛市某三级甲等医院关节外科行全膝关节置换术的患者60例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于APP的精准康复护理。比较两组患者术前、出院时及出院后1,3个月的膝关节功能状况以及干预后的功能锻炼依从性。结果干预后,观察组患者在出院时、术后1,3个月骨关节炎(WOMAC)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者在出院时、术后1,3个月膝关节活动度均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组功能锻炼依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于APP的精准康复护理可以有效地促进患者的膝关节功能的恢复,提高患者功能锻炼依从性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of precision rehabilitation nursing based on APP in functional exercise of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.Methods To select 60 cases of patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in joint surgery department at a third-level Class A hospital in Qingdao from October 2018 to March 2019 as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group was given precision rehabilitation nursing based on APP on basis of the control group.The knee function status and the compliance of functional exercise after intervention were compared between patients of the two groups before surgery,at discharge,and 1,3 months after discharge.Results After the intervention,the Western Ontario McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at discharge and 1,3 months after surgery(P<0.05);the knee joint mobility of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at discharge and 1,3 months after surgery(P<0.05);after the intervention,the compliance of functional exercise of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of precision rehabilitation nursing based on APP could effectively promote the recovery of knee function of patients and improve patients'compliance of functional exercise,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
