清热解毒汤联合以家庭为中心的护理干预在手足口病患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨清热解毒汤联合以家庭为中心护理(FCC)干预在手足口病(HFMD)患儿中的应用。方法选取我院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的84例手足口病患儿为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施清热解毒汤联合FCC干预。比较两组干预后临床疗效、康复进程以及治疗依从性情况。结果观察组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后溃疡愈合、退热、皮疹消退、食欲不振、腹泻以及口腔黏膜愈合情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抗拒行为、哭闹不止、面部挣扎、语言拒绝以及焦躁不安等评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热解毒汤联合FCC干预应用于手足口病患儿中,可加快患儿康复进程,改善临床治疗效果,提高治疗依从性。Objective To explore the application of heat-clearing and detoxifying decoction combined with family-centered care(FCC)intervention in children patients with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods To select 84 cases of children patients with hand-foot-mouth disease treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 as the study objects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received heat-clearing and detoxifying decoction combined with FCC intervention to compare the clinical efficacy,rehabilitation process and treatment compliance of the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group had significantly better than the control group for ulcer healing,defervescence,deflorescence,loss of appetite,diarrhea,and oral mucosa healing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of resistant behavior,crying nonstop,facial struggle,language rejection,and restlessness in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Application of heat-clearing and detoxifying decoction combined with FCC intervention in children patients with HFMD could accelerate the rehabilitation process of children patients,improve clinical treatment effect,and improve treatment compliance.
