摘　　要：为了建立地区性泵送普通混凝土回弹测强曲线,提高检测精度,同时为解决混凝土构件浇筑底面回弹值的修正问题,选取兰州新区拌合混凝土的常用原材料,采用当地成型工艺及养护方法,制作了强度等级为C20~C60、龄期范围为14 d^1 000 d的混凝土试件1 944个,进行混凝土回弹测试和抗压试验。采用最小二乘法对所得数据进行拟合,建立了兰州新区受测面为浇筑底面的泵送普通混凝土回弹测强曲线,并对其进行数据分析。结果表明,所得曲线的强度误差满足国家规程对地区测强曲线的要求,适用于兰州新区混凝土工程质量检测。In order to establish a regional common pumped concrete rebound strength curve and improve detection precision,and to solve the problem of revising the rebound value of the concrete component pouring bottom surface,this article conducted the concrete rebound and compression test. In the test,we select the common raw materials for mixing concrete in Lanzhou new district,and 1 944 concrete specimens with strength class C20 ~ C60 and age range 14 d ~ 1 000 d were made using local molding processes and maintenance methods. Using the least square method to fit the obtained data,the common pumped concrete rebound strength curve with the side as the pouring bottom is established of Lanzhou new district. As the data is analyzed,the results show that the intensity error of the obtained curve meets the requirements of national regulations for regional strength measurement curves,and it is suitable for the quality inspection of concrete projects in Lanzhou new district.
