摘　　要：基于旋挖钻机为动力,用导向式短螺旋钻头清除老旧小区场地多节管桩。该清除多节管桩的施工工艺,解决了已有清除老旧小区场地多节管桩施工工艺的缺点--准备工作时间长、需要辅助设备多、需要多节管桩施工记录、施工安全性低、费用高,而且能加快施工进度、降低施工成本。Based on rotary drilling machine,multi-section pipe pile in old community site is cleaned up with guided short auger bit. This construction technology overcomes shortcomings of long preparation time,many auxiliary equipment,pipe pile construction record,low construction safety and high cost in the existing methods of cleaning up multi-section pipe pile,and can speed up the construction progress and reduce the construction cost.
