摘　　要：以往园林史研究中,或夸大中国园林的作用,或否定中国园林影响的长期性,以意象、形式和哲学三个层次重新梳理十八世纪前后这段时间中国元素在英国的引入、影响及演变,重新解析中国古典园林的世界历史作用。In the past garden history research,the role of Chinese gardens was exaggerated or the long-term impact of Chinese gardens was negated. This article re-combines the introduction,influence,and evolution of Chinese elements in Britain to reanalyze the world historical role of Chinese classical gardens during the period around the eighteenth century at three levels: image,form,and philosophy.
