资本要素对文化创意产业集群绩效影响关系研究——以山东省为例

摘　　要：基于山东省2000-2015年文化创意产业发展的相关数据,构建误差修正模型(VCE),测度人力资本与物质资本对山东省文化创意产业集聚绩效、集聚比重及集聚程度的作用机理和影响机制。建议地方政府加大区域文化创意产业人力资本和物质资本的要素投入,优化以劳动密集型为主的文化创意产业发展环境,向以新兴文化业态为主的文化创意产业转型升级,积极搭建"政产学研用"文创服务和产品对接服务平台,推动山东省文化创意产业长效发展。Based on the relevant data of the development of cultural and creative industries in Shandong Province from 2000 to 2015,an error correction model(VCE)is constructed to measure the mechanism of action and influence mechanism of human capital and material capital on the agglomeration performance,agglomeration proportion and agglomeration degree of cultural and creative industries in Shandong Province.It is suggested that local governments should increase the input of human capital and material capital in regional cultural and creative industries,optimize the reality of the development of labor-intensive cultural and creative industries,realize the transformation and upgrading of cultural and creative industries to new cultural formats,and actively build"government,industry,education and research"service platform for literary creation service and product docking to promote the long-term development of cultural and creative industries in Shandong Province.
