摘　　要：网络舆情是指网民通过互联网在QQ、微信、微博、论坛等平台发布并讨论社会中的热点话题及发表具有倾向性的言论,能够在社会中产生较大的反响。对于一些带有负面情绪的网络舆情,很容易给社会的公共安全造成很大的威胁,需要相关部门有针对性地进行引导进而维护社会稳定、创建和谐社会,引导的前提是能够对网络舆情进行很好的检测。因此,需要进行网络舆情分析,笔者从本体学习方法的概念提取和概念关系提取两个方面入手,构建网络舆情本体库,能够从语义上完成网络舆情的对比分析,为相关部门提供舆情分析的相关依据。Internet public opinion means that netizens can post and discuss hot topics in society and issue tendentious speeches through the Internet on platforms such as QQ,WeChat,Weibo,and forums,which can generate greater repercussions in society.For some public opinions with negative emotions,it is easy to pose a great threat to the public safety of the society,and relevant departments need to provide targeted guidance to maintain social stability and create a harmonious society.The premise of the guidance is to be able to detect the public opinion on the Internet.The premise of the guidance is that the public opinions on the network can be well detected.Therefore,network public opinion analysis is needed.This article starts with the concept extraction and concept relationship extraction of the ontology learning method to build an online public opinion ontology library.It can semantically complete a comparative analysis of network public opinion and provide relevant evidence for public opinion analysis for relevant departments.
