摘　　要：随着公立医院公益性质的进一步凸显和药品、耗材零加成政策的实施,再加上政府投入未充分跟上,医院必然得收紧开支,走上精细化运维管理路线。目前,大多数医院的运维管理相对松散,需要充分做好流程设计,现对医院信息技术在运维管理中的应用进行分析和研究,希望能够为相关研究提供借鉴。With the further highlighting of public welfare nature of public hospitals and the implementation of zero markup policy for drugs and consumables,coupled with the insufficient government investment,hospitals will inevitably have to tighten spending and embark on the refined operation and maintenance management route.At present,the operation and maintenance management of most hospitals is relatively loose,so it is necessary to do a good job in process design.Now the application of hospital information technology in operation and maintenance management is analyzed and studied,hoping to provide reference for relevant research.
