辽宁省生产性服务业集聚的水平测度与效率评价

摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化不断发展,生产性服务业成为全球经济新的增长点。作为老工业基地的辽宁省,生产性服务业取得了长足发展,但相对京津冀地区、长三角地区以及国外发达地区,辽宁省生产性服务业发展相对滞后。首先分析辽宁省生产性服务业的发展现状,并测算辽宁省生产性服务业的集聚水平,并引入DEAP2.1软件测算辽宁省生产性服务业的集聚效率。最后从发挥政府作用、发展产业集群、发挥行业协会等方面,提出了促进辽宁省生产性服务业发展的对策建议。With the development of global economic integration, service industry, especially producer service industry, has become a new growth point of global economy. As an old industrial base, Liaoning province has made great progress in producer service industry. However, the development of producer services in Liaoning province is relatively lagging behind compared with Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta region and developed areas abroad. Firstly, this paper analyzes the development of producer services in Liaoning province. And then it calculates the agglomeration level and agglomeration efficiency with DEAP 2.1 of producer service industry. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of producer service industry in Liaoning province from giving play to the role of the government, developing industrial clusters, and giving play to industry associations and so on.
