基于偏离-份额分析方法的霍州市城市转型发展研究

摘　　要：作为资源型城市,近年来霍州市出现的环境污染、资源破坏等问题,与以煤炭资源为主的生产方式有很大关系。为了霍州市能够更加健康、高效、可持续的发展,实现城市转型势在必行。先分析霍州市的地理概况、转型历程,再使用偏离-份额分析法分析三次产业的份额-偏离分量、结构偏离分量与竞争力偏离分量。通过以上这些努力,以期为实现霍州市的城市转型提出合理建议,建设符合科学发展观的霍州市。Huozhou city is a resource-based city. In recent years, the problems of environmental pollution and resource destruction have a lot to do with the production mode dominated by coal resources. In order to achieve a more healthy, efficient and sustainable development, it is imperative to realize urban transformation. This paper first analyzes the geographical situation and transformation process of Huozhou City, and then uses the deviation share analysis method to analyze the share deviation component, structure deviation component and competitiveness deviation component of the three industries. Through these efforts, we hope to put forward reasonable suggestions for the realization of urban transformation of Huozhou City, so as to build Huozhou city in line with the scientific concept of development.
