摘  要:目的:评估患者输注去白细胞悬浮红细胞与普通悬浮红细胞预防发热性非溶血性输血反应(FNHTR)的效果。方法:计算机检索万方数据库、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库及贵州数字图书馆等数据库,收集2001年12月-2017年12月输注去白细胞悬浮红细胞和普通悬浮红细胞纠正贫血引起FNHTR的随机对照试验(RCT),应用Cochrane协作网提供的Jadad量表,对收集的文献进行质量评估,并采用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:本研究共纳入7篇文献,共计1346例患者,分析结果显示输注去白细胞悬浮红细胞所致的FNHTR的风险明显低于普通的悬浮红细胞[RR=0.55,95%CI(0.12,0.86),P=0.003]。结论:输注去白细胞悬浮红细胞纠正贫血可显著降低FNHTR的发生率。Objective:To evaluate the effect of febrile non-hemolytic transfusion reaction(FNHTR)prevention by transfusion of leucocyte-free suspended erythrocytes and common suspended erythrocytes.Methods:The Wanfang database,Weipu,Chinese biomedical literature database,China HowNet,Web of Science and other domestic and foreign databases were retrieved by computer.Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of FNHTR induced by anemia corrected by transfusion of white suspended red blood cells and ordinary suspended red blood cells were collected from December 2001 to December 2017.Cochrane was used to collaborate.The Jadad scale provided by the website was used to evaluate the quality of the collected literature,and Revman 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 8 literatures were included in this study.A total of 1346 patients were enrolled.The results showed that the risk of FNHTR induced by transfusion of leucocyte suspension was significantly lower than that of normal leucocyte suspension[RR=0.55,95%CI(0.12,0.86),P=0.003].Conclusion:Transfusion of white suspended red blood cells to correct anemia can significantly reduce the incidence of FNHTR.
