优化脉冲强光配合超声波中药导入治疗黄褐斑的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨优化脉冲强光(OPT)配合超声波中药导入治疗黄褐斑的效果。方法:选取2017年10月-2018年10月我院收治的黄褐斑患者86例,根据患者意愿,分为优化脉冲强光治疗组(OPT组)、超声波中药导入治疗组(中药组)、优化脉冲强光配合超声波中药导入治疗组(实验组),对比三组治疗效果。结果:实验组治疗效果优于OPT组及中药组,P<0.05。结论:优化脉冲强光配合超声波中药导入治疗黄褐斑可以改善临床症状。Objective:To explore the effect of optimized intensive pulse light(OPT)combining ultrasonic introduction of traditional Chinese medicine,thus providing reference for the treatment of chloasma. Methods:A total of 86 patients definitely diagnosed with chloasma in our hospital between October 2017 and October 2018 were divided into OPT group,ultrasonic introduction of traditional Chinese medicine group(traditional Chinese medicine group) and OPT combining ultrasonic introduction of traditional Chinese medicine group(experimental group). The therapeutic effects for chloasma in the three groups were compared. Results:The therapeutic effects for patients with chloasma was better in experimental group than that in OPT group and traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Treating chloasma by OPT and ultrasonic introduction of traditional Chines medicine can better improve clinical manifestations,with the value of implementation.
