益气养肺补肾方治疗特发性肺间质纤维化继发慢性呼吸衰竭效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察特发性肺间质纤维化继发慢性呼吸衰竭患者采用益气养肺补肾方治疗的效果。方法纳入2018年1月~2019年1月105例特发性肺间质纤维化继发慢性呼吸衰竭患者,掷币法分组,西药组52例患者接受西医对症治疗,中药组53例在西药组治疗基础上加用自拟益气养肺补肾方治疗,比较两组患者效果。结果中药组中医证候积分、心率、呼吸频率及二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)均低于西药组,动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)、pH值及总有效率均高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.001)。结论益气养肺补肾方治疗特发性肺间质纤维化继发慢性呼吸衰竭患者效果显著,能有效缓解患者临床症状,改善血气分析指标,利于患者预后,值得推荐。Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangfei Bushen Recipe on patients with chronic respiratory failure caused by idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Methods 105 patients with chronic respiratory failure caused by idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and admitted to hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in this study.All patients were divided into western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group by toss of a coin.52 cases in the western medicine group were given symptomatic treatment of western medicine,and based on which 53 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group were given Yiqi Yangfei Bushen Recipe.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results TCM syndrome score,heart rate,respiratory rate and PaCO2 in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the western medicine group,while PaO2,SaO2,pH value and total effective rate were higher than those in the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or 0.001).Conclusion Yiqi Yangfei Bushen Recipe is effective in the treatment of patients with chronic respiratory failure caused by idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.It can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve blood gas analysis index,which is beneficial to the prognosis of patients and is worthy of recommendation.
