摘　　要：分析了国内外关于高职院校毕业生就业趋向的研究现状,提出提升当代大学生就业能力的建议,要积极参与社会活动,为择业就业获取经验;积极学习专业知识,提高自身的专业技能;强化实践课程,提高大学生的实践能力;对就业方面进行专门指导,提高大学生的就业创业能力;转变自身就业观念,个人追求与社会需要相结合;加强深化体制改革,提升政府服务能力;相应的市场单位与主体应完善培训机制,打造社合力;畅通多种渠道,提升大学生就业创业能力与素质。This paper analyzes the current situation of the research on the employment trend of the graduates of higher vocational colleges at home and abroad,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the employment ability of contemporary college students.We should actively participate in social activities,gain experience for employment,actively learn professional knowledge,improve our professional skills,strengthen practical courses,improve the practical ability of college students,provide special guidance for employment,and improve the employment ability college students’employment and entrepreneurship ability,change their own employment concept,combine personal pursuit with social needs;strengthen the deepening of system reform,improve the ability of government service;the corresponding market units and subjects should develop training mechanism,create social synergy;improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability and quality of college students through various channels.
