摘　　要：冲砂作业是涂装作业中的一个重要环节,为实现涂装作业的精细化管理,提高涂装效率,对船舶涂装冲砂作业精细化派工进行研究。通过对冲砂作业进行分析,研究影响分段涂装冲砂作业舱室细分的因素,综合分析如何合理划分区域、定额工时。对典型船舶的典型分段进行实例应用验证,对涂装设计提出改进建议,为精细化派工提供参考依据。Sandblasting operation is an important step of ship painting operation.In order to realize meticulous dispatching management of painting operation and improve painting efficiency,this paper studies the meticulous dispatching management of ship painting and sandblasting operation.The influencing factors on the compartment subdivision of hull block sandblasting operation are studied based on the analysis of sandblasting operation to properly divide the regions and set the quotas.A practical application to a typical hull block has been validated,and proposals for painting design improvement are put forward to provide reference for the meticulous dispatching.
