摘  要:顶管机扩径改造是将既有较小孔径的顶管机改造扩大为孔径较大的顶管机,因顶管机各部件多为大体积、大自重构件,与之相配套的是要把既有隧道断面扩挖出一个作业洞室,北环电缆隧道中航支线考虑地质条件、顶管机改造方式及采用的吊装设备,以及刀盘直径、组件尺寸等因素确定作业洞室尺寸,采用矿山法隧道工艺施工,满足了扩径后顶管机在隧道内组装的操作空间。The diameter expansion transformation of the pipe jacking machine is to expand the existing pipe jacking machine with smaller hole diameter into a pipe jacking machine with larger hole diameter. Because the parts of the pipe jacking machine are mostly large volume and heavy weight components, the matching is to expand the section of the existing tunnel to dig out an operation chamber. The branch line in the North Ring Cable Tunnel determines the size of the operation chamber by taking geological conditions, the transformation method of the pipe jacking machine and the hoisting equipment used, as well as the cutter head diameter, component size and other factors into consideration. The mine method of tunnel construction is adopted to meet the operation space assembled by the pipe jacking machine in the tunnel after diameter expansion.
