摘 要:临海渔港作为我国陆海交界和发展海洋经济、国际贸易、海陆生产生活的重要节点,受全球变化影响,其经济、社会与环境问题日益突显,陆海隔离、产业单一、文脉断裂、空间衰败,对其进行存量复兴成为陆海统筹、可持续发展的关键。基于生态化-活力环系统理论,以厦门闽台中心渔港为实践案例,探究渔港海陆经济、社会、环境、文化发展脉络,提出渔港"生态化"存量更新方法,构建渔港"共享活力环"存量复兴路径,以期整体协调城市经济-社会-自然复合生态系统,实现我国海岸带经济高质量发展、生态系统适应性管理,为我国陆海统筹背景下滨海城市转型发展与存量更新提供借鉴方法。As an important node of China’s land-sea border and development of marine economy, international trade, land and sea production and life, influenced by global changes, the economic, social and environmental problems of fishing port are increasingly apparent, such as land sea isolation, single industry, broken context and declining space. Thus, it is critical to make a stock renewal for the overall planning and sustainable development of land and sea. Based on the theory of ecological-vitality ring system and taking Fujian-Taiwan central fishing port in Xiamen as a practical case, this paper explores the development context of marine and land economy, society, environment and culture of fishing port, and puts forward the method of "ecological" stock renewal of fishing port space. Then this paper constructs the stock revival path of "shared vitality ring" of fishing port, in order to coordinate the urban economic, social and natural complex ecosystem as a whole and realize the coastal development of China with high-quality development of economy and adaptive management of ecosystem. It is hoped that this paper can provide a reference for the transformation and development of coastal cities and stock renewal under the background of land and sea integration in China.
