历史建筑更新与保护中的“融合”与“共生”——以陕西商洛凤凰古镇为例

摘　　要：历史建筑是有生命的历史载体,保护历史建筑不仅是在保护珍贵的建筑文化遗产,更是在保护在地的历史记忆。本文通过介绍陕西商洛凤凰古镇中的一组历史建筑改造的方案设计背景、策略及内容,尝试探索新老建筑的场所融合问题,并试图解决历史建筑改造中居民和游客的冲突,创造场所融合、邻里共生的生活状态,为现阶段的历史建筑更新和改造提供新的思路和方式。Historical buildings are lively historical carriers.Protecting historical buildings is not only protecting precious architectural cultural heritage,but also protecting local historical memories.This paper introduces the background,strategy,and content of a group of historical buildings of Fenghuang Ancient Town in Shangluo.The project attempts to explore the problem of integration of old and new buildings,and tries to resolve the conflict between residents and tourists in the reconstruction of historical buildings.The symbiotic living state provides new ideas and methods for the historical building renovation and transformation at this stage.
