摘　　要：全域旅游是众多旅游城市未来的发展方向,威海在全域旅游发展方面做出了表率。秦皇岛发展全域旅游需要借鉴威海的先进经验,依据自身的资源优势,提出科学合理实践性强的旅游业转型升级策略。如:旅行社转型为旅行服务社,餐饮住宿完善升级,将博物馆打造成研学休闲的景点,重视夜游体验增加演艺健身活动,文旅农商融合热销地方特产,大力推动文化遗产活化等。All-for-one tourism is the future development direction of many tourist cities,and Weihai has set an example in the development of holistic tourism destinations.The development of Qinhuangdao’s all-for-one tourism needs to draw on Weihai’s advanced experience and propose a scientific and rational and practical tourism transformation and upgrading strategy based on its own resource advantages.For example,the travel agency has been transformed into a travel service agency,and the catering and accommodation has been upgraded.The museum has become a research and leisure attraction,and the night tour experience has been added to enhance the performing arts and fitness activities.The cultural and commercial enterprises have integrated local specialties and promoted the cultural heritage.
