摘　　要：海南省管辖海域面积达200万平方公里,海南渔民是世界历史上唯一连续开发南海的特有群体,南海是海南渔民的"祖宗海"。海南渔民在长期的生产生活中,形成了独特的海洋民俗文化。随着"21世纪海上丝绸之路"倡议、"海洋强省"战略及海南自由贸易区港逐步实施,海南在中国南海的地位举足轻重。进一步系统归纳总结海南海洋民俗文化发展历程,深度挖掘海南特色多元海洋民俗文化,有利于增强国民的海洋意识,提升海洋民俗文化的影响力,进一步促进海南社会文化发展,逐步提升海南文化"软实力",增强文化自信与文化认同。Hainan Province has jurisdiction over 2 million square kilometers of sea areas,Hainan fishermen are the only unique group of people in the history of the world to continuously develop the South China Sea,which has been considered their ancestral home.Since ancient times,Hainan has formed its own unique marine folk culture during fisherman’s long-time life and production.With the initiative of“the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road”and the strategy of“better developing Hainan province with the help of the South China Sea”and“establishing Hainan Free Trade Area”,Hainan plays an increasingly important role in the South China Sea.It is of great significance to further summarize the development process of Hainan marine folk customs and cultures systematically,which is conducive to enhancing the national marine consciousness,promoting the development of Hainan local culture,gradually improving the soft power of Hainanese culture,and strengthening cultural self-confidence and cultural identity.
