摘　　要：随着康熙、乾隆的北巡,避暑山庄及周围寺庙相继诞生,承德成为清代第二个政治中心和外交的舞台。承德地区历经三百多年的发展,逐形成颇具特色的地方文化,其成分有满、汉、蒙,甚至包含西方文化艺术等。在京津冀协同发展的大战略下,如何把承德打造成国际旅游城市、京津冀生态文明示范区已成为当务之急。保护和利用承德传统地方文化资源,整合承德历史人文景观,引导承德旅游市场走向成熟,成为国际高端旅游产品,从而带动承德经济快速稳定发展。With the northern tour of Emperor Kangxi and Emperor Qianlong,the Mountain Summer Resort and its surrounding temples were built one after another.Chengde became the second political center and diplomatic stage in the Qing Dynasty.After more than 300 years of development,Chengde has gradually formed its owna distinctive local culture,including Manchu,Han,Mongolian,and even Western culture and art.Under the grand strategy of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,how to make Chengde an international tourist city and a demonstration zone of ecological civilization has become an urgent task.Protection and use the traditional cultural Chengde,integration of historical and cultural landscape,guiding Chengde tourism market to mature and becoming an international high-end tourism product,and promoting Chengde’s rapid and stable economic development should be done.
