国内凿岩钎具企业的技术特点及几点建议

摘　　要：目前钎具行业的技术人员普遍年龄偏大,对先进的设计软件(Pro-E,CATIC等三维造型软件)使用少,整体技术水平有待提高。钎具生产企业重销售、轻技术研发,缺乏技术创新,钎具企业整体技术水平处于严重后发劣势状态。针对钎具行业的现状,文中提出了请实际经验丰富的技术高手、产品操作高手作顾问等几点可行性建议。The majority of technicians in the rock drilling tools enterprises is relatively older and scarcely use the advanced design software(e.g. 3-D molding software like Pro-E and CATIC). The overall technical level of them still leaves much room to improve. The rock drilling tools enterprises prefer the sale to the technological R&D, and are devoid of technical innovations. The overall technical level of the rock drilling tools enterprises is in a serious state of the disadvantages as the late comers. With regard to the status quo of the rock drilling sector, the paper puts forward some feasible suggestions which include engage technical experts with rich experience and master operators of products as their consultants.
