摘  要:叙述如何利用ANSYS有限元软件进行产品整体仿真分析,以及如何建立模型、各部分的介电常数取值、网格划分、施加边界条件等,得出各个部分的电场强度与初步估计值进行对比,反复优化。经分析,集中在内屏筒圆弧部分的内部电场强度可达17.4 kV,外部点位分布与屏蔽筒在瓷套内高度有关。有限元仿真分析可以解决不均匀电场的仿真计算,为实际提供经验。145 kV SF6电流互感器属于一种出口产品,整体设计采用不带盆式绝缘子的支撑结构。Here it describes how to use ANSYS finite element software to do some product's overall simulation analysis>how to establish the models,and indicates dielectric constant value of each part,divides into grids,adds boundary limited conditions and etc.Finally get the electric field intensity of each part which will be compared with the preliminary estimated value,then repeatedly optimized.The internal electric field strength concentrated in the arc portion of inner screen tube can be reached to 17.4kV through analysis.The external point distribution is related to the height of shielding tube in the porcelain bushing.Finite element simulation analysis can solve simulation calculation of uneven electric field and provide practical experience?145kV SF6 current transformer is special for foreign markets,integrated design adopts post bushing insulator as support structure.
