摘 要:SMT(Surface Mount Technology)生产线在电子产品的生产中起到了不可忽视的作用,电压暂降会使其停止运行,导致产品报废,造成巨大的经济损失。通过对SMT生产线上的设备结构进行分析,筛选出对电压暂降敏感的装置。采用概率评估法描绘电压耐受曲线的不确定区域,建立起单一设备在三维坐标下的电压耐受曲线,并将不同设备的电压耐受曲线综合分析计算,得出SMT生产线整体的综合电压耐受曲线。再通过研究目前常用的抑制电压暂降方法,汇总出它们的优缺点,得出最适合SMT生产线采取的抑制电压暂降的方案。SMT(Surface Mount Technology)production line plays an important role in the production of electronic products. Voltage sag will make it stop running,leading to product scrap and huge economic losses. By analyzing the equipment structure of SMT production line,the devices sensitive to voltage sag are selected. The uncertain area of voltage withstand curve is described by probability evaluation method,and the voltage withstand curve of single equipment in three-dimensional coordinates is established. The voltage withstand curve of different equipment is analyzed and calculated comprehensively,and the overall comprehensive voltage withstand curve of SMT production line is obtained. Then through the study of the current common methods of voltage sag suppression,their advantages and disadvantages are summarized,and the most suitable scheme of voltage sag suppression for SMT production line is obtained.
