摘　　要：立足于国家机构改革和自然资源部成立的时代背景,文章在梳理欧洲空间规划对城乡资源整合调控的历史演变的基础上,明确欧洲空间规划可视化在空间资源的综合呈现、空间政策的区域协调、规划策略的有效传递等方面发挥的积极作用,并阐明下一步可能发展的方向。为深入挖潜区域价值,突出根本矛盾,最终形成资源、资产、资本良性循环提供了有效途径。Based on the background of the reform of national institutions and the establishment of the Ministry of natural resources,this paper clarifies the positive role of European Spatial Planning visualization in the comprehensive presentation of spatial resources,regional coordination of spatial policies,and effective transmission of planning strategies on the basis of the historical evolution of European Spatial Planning on the integration and regulation of urban and rural resources,and expounds the possible future development Direction.It provides an effective way to tap the potential of regional value,highlight the fundamental contradictions and finally form a virtuous circle of resources,assets and capital.
