摘  要:为探究发酵腐熟葡萄枝屑能否替代草炭作为草莓栽培原料,以发酵腐熟葡萄枝屑、草炭、蛭石及园土为原料配制栽培基质,对草莓‘章姬’进行盆栽试验,测定草莓生物学产量和果实品质。结果表明:最佳基质配方为发酵腐熟葡萄枝屑:草炭:蛭石=1:1:1,其产量、单果重和维生素C等都高于对照。因此,发酵腐熟葡萄枝屑替代部分草炭栽培草莓,可减少草莓生产成本,提高产量和品质,所以腐熟葡萄枝屑作为草莓栽培原料是可行的。In order to explore whether fermented and decomposed grape branches can replace peat as strawberry cultivation raw materials,a pot experiment was conducted on strawberry’Zhangji’,using fermented and decomposed grape branches,peat,vermiculite and garden soil as raw materials to determine strawberry biological yield and berry quality.The results showed that the optimum matrix formula was fermented and decomposed grape branches:peat:vermiculite=1:1:1,and its yield,single berry weight and vitamin C were higher than those of the control.Therefore,fermented and decomposed grape branches could replace part of peat to cultivate strawberry,which could reduce the production cost and improve the yield and quality of strawberry,so it was feasible to use decomposed grape branches as raw materials for strawberry cultivation.
