摘  要:本研究以5年生‘金田玫瑰’葡萄为材料,于盛花期、满花后1 d两个时期设置不同浓度的赤霉酸(GA3)与氯吡脲(CPPU)进行无核化处理,在满花后2周进行第二次膨大处理。结果表明,各激素处理组合均使‘金田玫瑰’葡萄的无核化效果显著提高,以处理Ⅲ(第一次在盛花期用GA350mg/L+CPPU 2mg/L,第二次在满花后2周用GA350mg/L+CPPU 5mg/L)无核率最高,为51.3%。除果皮中花色素含量比对照有所降低外,其它果实指标包括粒质量、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、糖酸比、硬度等均高于对照,即该处理可显著提高果实品质。综合分析认为,处理Ⅲ能有效的提高‘金田玫瑰’葡萄的商品性及经济效益,可供生产参考使用。In this study,the 5-year-old’Jintian Meigui’grape was used as the material,and different concentrations of GA3 and CPPU were used in the flowering stage or 1 day after full flowering to induce seedlessness,and all treatments were conducted again in two weeks after full flower.The results showed that the seedless rate of’Jintian Meigui’grape were increased significantly by different treatments.The treatmentⅢ(first application of GA350 mg/L+CPPU 2 mg/L at flowering stage,then application of GA350 mg/L+CPPU 5 mg/L two weeks after full flower)could induce the highest seedless rate with 51.3%.Anthocyanin content in the peel is lower than that of the control,but berry quality index including berry weight,total soluble solids,total soluble sugars,sugar and acid ratio,berry firmness and so on were all higher than the control.According to comprehensive evaluation,treatmentⅢincreased berry quality and commodity properties of’Jintian Meigui’grape and could provide references for the production.
