摘　　要：本项目位于广州市海珠区,将通过设计实现区域经济、气候、文化三个层面无缝链接,致力于沥灣地区可持续发展。基于规划结构图,在地块内通过裙房的形态布局形成双轴向的步行商业街,并在西侧端头与历史保护街区形成有机的联系。两条步行街在南端多功能广场交汇,形成核心滨水开放空间。规划的立体慢行系统和景观系统形成多维度绿色商业空间,将地块的多层空间连接成一个整体。The design area is located in Haizhu District of Guangzhou.The design is to achieve seamless connect!on among economy,climate and culture in the region for the sustainable development of Lijiao area.Based on the planning structure,a bi-axial pedestrian commercial street is formed in the plot through the morphological layout of the podium,and the western end is organically connected with the historical protection block.The two pedestrian streets form a confluenee at the southern multifunctional square,forming a core waterfront open space.The planned three-dimensional pedestrian system and Iandscape system form a multi-dimensional green commercial space,connecting the multi-layered space of the plot into a whole.
