摘　　要：衍庆里时尚中心位于南苏州河路近西藏路桥一侧,是上海市级优秀历史建筑。该建筑是当时租界内建于1929年的英式仓库,在设计改造前几近荒废,其中的部分空间也存在附加搭建的情况。基于现场的条件,设计师试图从滨水城市空间形态、原真性导向构造保护和功能适应性改造三个层面介入本项目。Yanqingli Fashion Centre is located on South Suzhou Creek Road near Xizang Road Bridge,and is titled as"Outstanding Historical Building"in Shanghai.The building was originally an British-style warehouse standi ng in the con cession area in 1929.It was barely in use with parts of informal additional structure,before the transformati on getti ng involved.Con sidering the current conditions,the designers approach the project in the frame of three aspects:the spatial form of the waterfront city,the authenticity-oriented restoration,and the functional adaptive design.
