摘  要:辐射诱变育种技术是园林植物进行育种的常见手段之一,具有方便、快捷、高效、变异性强等特征,该技术可以通过遴选优良变异植株,让园林植物获得有益的指向性指标,从而让植物具备抗灾病、耐虫害、易繁殖等优良基因。本文利用60Co钴源γ射线辐照的方式,对法国梧桐种子样本进行不同辐照剂量的辐射,通过观察并详细记录种子样本的发芽、根系生长及成苗率等数据,分析得到法国梧桐种子的半致死剂量为50 Dy。当γ射线辐照的剂量小于半致死剂量时,随着时间的增加,种子发芽情况未受到明显的影响,根系生长和成苗率的影响幅度有限,在保证植株存活率的情况下,可以获得有益的突变植株。但是,当γ射线辐照的剂量达到半致死剂量以后,会阻滞种子的发芽,抑制根系生长和成苗。Radiation mutagenesis breeding technology is one of the common methods for garden plants to breed. It has the characteristics of convenience, fastness, high efficiency and strong variability. This technology can select useful mutant plants to obtain beneficial directional indicators for garden plants, thus allowing plants have excellent genes such as disease resistance, insect resistance, and reproduction. In this paper, 60Co cobalt source gamma ray irradiation was used to irradiate different doses of radix seeds. By observing and detailing the sprouting, root growth and seedling rate of seed samples, the seeds of French paulownia seeds were analyzed. The semi-lethal dose is 50 Dy. When the dose of γ-irradiation is less than the semi-lethal dose, the sprouting of the seed has not been significantly affected with the increase of time. The influence of root growth and seedling rate is limited. Under the condition of ensuring the survival rate of the plant, it can be obtained. A beneficial mutant plant. However, when the dose of gamma ray irradiation reaches a semi-lethal dose, it will arrest the sprouting of the seed and inhibit root growth and seedling formation.
