摘  要:针对ZPW-2000A的运行稳定性与投入的维修成本,并构建以ZPW-2000A系统维护费及平均可靠性作为综合优化目标的优化模型。研究结果表明:当系统平均可靠性提高后,维修费也随着上升,并在超过某一临界值后,如果进一步提高可靠性将会引起维修费的快速上升。各维修次数产生的作用效果也存在明显差异,在较小的维修次数下,如果要获得高可靠度,将会提高维修费。采用A维修策略得到的维修耗费成本比采用传统维修策略更低,获得比传统维修策略更高的可靠性,表明本文方法是完全有效的。Aiming at the operation stability and maintenance cost of zpw-2000 a, an optimization model with zpw-2000 a system maintenance cost and average reliability as the comprehensive optimization objective was established.The results show that: when the average reliability of the system increases, the maintenance cost also increases, and after exceeding a certain critical value, if the reliability is further improved, the maintenance cost will rise rapidly.There is also a significant difference in the effect of each maintenance frequency. In the case of small maintenance frequency, if high reliability is to be obtained, the maintenance cost will be increased.The maintenance cost obtained by adopting the maintenance strategy A is lower than that obtained by using the traditional maintenance strategy, and the reliability is higher than that obtained by the traditional maintenance strategy, indicating that the method in this paper is completely effective.
