摘  要:利用有限元分析和拓扑优化技术,对拉床墙板结构进行了优化设计。建立墙板结构的有限元模型并进行前处理,结合墙板的实际工况,分析其应力应变分布和前四阶模态情况。利用LMS振动测试系统,测得了墙板的试验模态,将试验模态的各阶固有频率以及振型与有限元分析结果进行对比,二者具有良好的一致性。以改善墙板的静动态特性为目标进行拓扑优化和二次设计。分析结果表明,优化后的结果有更低的应力水平和更小的最大变形量,同时有更高的一阶固有频率,实现了设计目标。A structural optimal improvement design for the working table of broaching tool was studied by using finite element method and topology optimization technology. The finite element(FE) model of working table was developed and pre-processed. The stress and strain distribution and first fourth-order modal vibrations were analyzed by FE software according to practical working situation. The experimental modal vibrations were examined using LMS vibration test system and compared with FE results. The comparison of test and FE results indicated a good consistency. The topology optimization and secondary design were performed to improve the static and dynamic characteristics of working table. The analysis of optimized results show that lower stress level, smaller maximum deformation and higher first order natural frequency were obtained, which means the design target was realized.
