摘  要:为提高乙二醇紫外透光率使其可用作聚酯原料,必须对乙二醇产品进行深度处理,控制其杂质含量。本文首先综述了影响乙二醇产品紫外透光率的主要杂质,介绍了提高乙二醇产品紫外透光率的各种方法,如活性炭吸附法、离子交换树脂交换吸附法、半透膜分离法、紫外线辐照分解法催化加氢法、亚硫酸氢钠除醛法、硼氢化钠还原法和醇醛缩合法,并概述了各种方法的原理、难点及优劣势。介绍了目前提高紫外透光率的工业应用方法,同时对提高紫外透光率的催化剂的研发前景进行了展望。In order to use ethylene glycol as raw material of polyester,it must be treated to meet the basic standard of ultraviolet transmittance,and the content of impurities in ethylene glycol must be controlled.This review analyzes the main factors influencing the ultraviolet transmittance of industrially manufactured ethylene glycol,furthermore,summarizes the strategies,principles,advantages and disadvantages of enhancing the ultraviolet transmittance,including absorption by activated carbon and ion exchange resin,separation by semi-permeable membranes,ultraviolet radiation,catalytic hydrogenation,separation by sodium bisulfate,reduction by sodium borohydride,aldol condensation.This review also discusses the methods implemented industrially.And the research directions of catalysts used were also proposed.
