摘  要:外墙和外窗共同构成了建筑外围护结构,不同窗墙面积比情况下,自然通风建筑室内热环境对二者保温性能的敏感性不同。采用理论分析和数值计算相结合的方法,分析了外墙和外窗传热系数对夏季和冬季室内热环境的影响规律。结果表明,就全年而言,尽管加强外墙和外窗保温均可有效改善室内热环境,但是存在临界窗墙面积比,即当窗墙面积比小于0.6时,加强外墙保温可更有效地提高室内热舒适性,若窗墙面积比大于0.6,则加强外窗保温更为有效。Envelopes of buildings are composed by walls and windows,whose impacts on indoor thermal environment in naturally ventilated rooms are different under different window-to-wall area ratio.The effect of heat transfer coefficient of wall and window on indoor thermal environment were analyzed in mathematical and numerical calculations.The results show that decreasing the heat transfer coefficient of wall and window can improve indoor thermal envronment significantly for a whole year,but there is a critical point of window-to-wall area ratio which is 0.6.The influence of wall heat transfer coefficient is greater than window if the window-to-wall area ratio is lower than 0.6,and conversely if the window-to-wall area ratio is higher than 0.6.
