摘  要:为解决大直径超深、超厚嵌岩旋挖灌注桩施工质量把控难度大、成孔效率低等问题,以深圳金地中心桩基础工程项目为研究背景,对大直径超深、超厚嵌岩旋挖灌注桩的成孔技术进行了研究。通过在施工现场同时使用常规“三刀切”施工工艺与梅花形成孔施工工艺进行施工,并对施工效率进行对比,最终选择了梅花形成孔施工工艺。该工艺在保证成孔质量的同时,提高了成孔效率,可在今后施工中进行推广。To solve the problems of ultra-deep ultra-thick rock-socketed rotary bored pile construction quality control difficulty and low hole-forming efficiency,based on the research background of Shenzhen Jindi Center pile foundation project,the hole-forming technology of large-diameter ultra-deep ultra-thick rock-socketed rotary bored pile is studied.By using the conventional"three times in borehole-forming"construction technology and the plum blossom type holeforming construction technology at the same time on the construction site,and comparing the construction efficiency,the plum blossom type hole-forming construction technology is finally selected.The technology can accelerate the efficiency of hole-forming,and has better quality of hole-forming,which can be popularized in the future construction.
