摘　　要：闹市区项目施工场地狭小,地下管线复杂,对基坑本体及周边环境的影响控制要求高。基于此,以南京市某新增地下车库项目为背景,针对闹市区狭小空间施工难的问题给出了相对应的解决措施,可为此类型项目提供参考。The construction site of downtown project is narrow and small, the underground pipeline is complex, which requires high control of the impact on the foundation pit body and the surrounding environment. On this basis, taking a new underground garage project in Nanjing as an example, the corresponding solutions to the problems of construction difficulty in narrow and small space in downtown areas are put forward, which can provide reference for this type of project.
