摘  要:通过对使用天然粗骨料与不做处理、预湿处理、补充附加水等3种不同方法处理的再生粗骨料(50%替代)的混凝土进行对比试验,分析了再生粗骨料对混凝土的工作性的影响。研究发现,再生粗骨料吸水率高,影响再生骨料混凝土的工作性和抗压强度。采用再生骨料混凝土专用外加剂TX600GF能解决再生骨料混凝土在工作性和抗压强度方面的缺陷。同时,该专用外加剂在使用机制砂、特细砂、再生石子、高含泥量的砂石料的情况下仍能满足工作性要求,并具有良好的保坍性能。Through the comparative tests between the concrete mixed with natural coarse aggregate and the concretes mixed with recycled coarse aggregate(50% replacement) treated respectively by three different methods, such as no treatment, pre-wetting treatment and adding supplementary water, the influence of recycled coarse aggregate on the workability of concrete is analyzed. It is found that the high water absorption of recycled coarse aggregate affects the workability and compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete. TX600 GF, a special admixture for recycled aggregate concrete, can solve the defects of workability and compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete. At the same time, the special admixture can still meet the requirements of workability and have good slump retention performance under the condition of using machine-made sand, ultra-fine sand, recycled stone and sand and stone with high mud content.
