摘　　要：在国际建筑业大力推行招投标模式的当下,国内建筑业逐步采用招投标模式获取项目。然而,受到各种体制机制以及参与主体利益的影响,工程招投标也在其实施过程中出现了形形色色的问题。这些问题不仅影响了招投标的公平、公正进行,还会对工程的建设造成一定的影响。为此,总结分析了工程招投标过程中出现的各种问题,进而提出了针对性的对策,以期对工程招投标的规范化发展有所裨益,从而在源头上为工程建设营造有利条件。With the international construction industry vigorously promoting the bidding mode, the domestic construction industry gradually adopts the tendering and bidding mode to obtain projects. However, under the influence of various systems and mechanisms as well as the interests of participants, there are various problems in the implementation of project tendering and bidding. These problems not only affect its fairness, but also affect the construction of the project. Therefore, various problems in the process of project tendering and bidding are summarized and analyzed, and the targeted countermeasures are proposed to benefit the standardized development of project tendering and bidding, so as to create favorable conditions for project construction at the source.
