摘 要:为探究纳米复方中草药饲料添加剂对鸡生长性能、肉品质及抗病能力的影响,利用湖南环境生物职业技术学院研发的纳米复方中草药饲料添加剂饲喂鸡,其中试验组120只,对照组(CK)120只.分别记录并检测试验组及CK的生长性能指标(增重、料肉比、屠宰指数)、肉品质指标(pH值、肉色、滴水损失、剪切力)和抗病能力指标(发病率和死亡率).结果表明,饲料中添加纳米复方中草药饲料添加剂可以提高鸡的生长性能,改善鸡的肉品质并提高抗病能力.In order to explore the effect of nano compound Chinese herbal medicine additives on the growth performance,meat quality and disease resistance of chickens,the nano compound Chinese herbal medicine additive developed by Hunan Polytechnic of Environment and Biology was used to feed chickens and there were respectively 120 chickens in the experimental group and in the control group.The growth performance indexes(weight gain,feed meat ratio,slaughter index),meat quality indexes(pH,meat color,dripping loss,shearing force)and disease resistance indexes(morbidity and mortality)of the experimental group and the control group were recorded and tested respectively.The results showed that the growth performance,meat quality and disease resistance of chickens could be improved by adding nano compound Chinese herbal medicine additive in the feed.
