新时代独立学院教务管理工作的思考

摘　　要：独立学院的教务管理是学校的核心工作,目前存在着学生构成多样性、教务工作人员职业倦怠、“互联网+教育”时代带来的理念转变、任课老师构成复杂等问题。独立学院需要认真思考这些存在的问题,采取合适的策略应对困难,提高教务管理工作的效率,建议独立学院要建立专业的教学管理队伍,提出适合教学管理人员的晋升政策,构建顺畅的多元沟通渠道,加强对外聘老师的管理与考核,通过这些措施,开辟独立学院教务管理工作的新局面。Educational administration is the core work of an independent college.At present,there are problems such as the diversity of student composition,the job burnout of teaching staff,the change of ideas brought by the"Internet+education"era,and the complexity of teacher composition.Independent colleges need to seriously consider these existing problems,adopt appropriate strategies to cope with difficulties,and improve the efficiency of educational administration.It is recommended that independent colleges establish professional teaching management teams,propose promotion policies suitable for teaching administrators,build smooth and diverse communication channels,and strengthen the management and assessment of external teachers,so as to open up a new situation in the educational administration of independent colleges.
