摘　　要：高校学生党员是学生中最具有影响力的优秀群体,在大学生群体中有较高的威信,有一定的理论水平和较高的政治素质,是党组织连接广大青年学生的桥梁和纽带。通过加强大学生党员与普通学生的互动,使党员的示范作用成为一种无形的力量,能有效引导和带动学生整体素质的提升。College student Party members are the most influential outstanding group of students,who have higher prestige,certain theoretical level and higher political quality.College student Party members is the bridge for the Party organization to connect with college students.By strengthening the interaction between college student Party members and ordinary students,the demonstration role of Party members becomes an invisible force,which can effectively guide and promote the improvement of students'overall quality.
