摘　　要：钢铁磷化处理广泛应用于交通运输设备、电器设备、机器零部件、工模具等的涂装底层的防腐蚀、耐磨损、绝缘、减少磨损等的保护层。概述了钢铁磷化处理的基本原理、工艺方法和分类,同时介绍了钢铁磷化技术的发展历程和方向,并讨论了钢铁常温磷化和黑膜磷化技术原理。重点说明了钢铁常温磷化促进剂的种类、作用及钢铁黑色磷化处理技术方法,钢铁黑色磷化处理方法有硒-铜系黑色磷化、氧-铜系黑色磷化、硫-铜系黑色磷化和着色-磷化二步法黑色磷化。总结了钢铁磷化膜的性能特点、适合的具体应用条件及未来磷化研究的重点方向和内容。The steel and iron phosphating treatment has many uses for communication and transportation equipments,electric equipments,machine spare parts,tools and model implements etc.These uses include base layer of paint and corrosion-resisting protecting layer,wear-resisting protecting layer,insulating-resisting protecting layer,antifriction layer etc.It was introduced that the fundamentals,the process and classification on steel and iron phosphating technology.The developing history and orientation on the steel and iron phosphating were introduced,and the technical principles of the room temperature phosphating and the blacking phosphating were discussed.The kind and action of the steel and iron room temperature phosphating promoter were mainly explained.The steel and iron blacking phosphating technologies were pointed out.The means of the steel and iron blacking phosphating include Se-Cu system,O-Cu system,S-Cu system,blacking-phosphating two set phosphating.The specific application condition and the peculiarities of the phosphating film on steel and iron were brought out.Important studying orientation and content on future phosphating were presented.
