摘 要:短电弧加工中电弧能量大,电热转换效率高,具有更高的加工效率,但易造成工件损伤,因此对加工电弧的控制成为研究短电弧加工技术的关键。提出采用工具电极旋转,结合电极内部冲液的方法实现对加工电弧的有效控制,研制了一台具有工具电极旋转及内部冲液功能的短电弧加工装置,分别对装置的机械结构、脉冲电源、电弧控制电路和保护电路进行了设计。通过在高硬度的Monel400合金工件上进行多组短电弧加工试验,以及对加工电弧电压电流的检测和分析,验证了电极旋转内冲液方法对电弧控制的有效性。The control of the electric arc became the key to study the short electric arc machining technology because of the large electric arc energy,high thermoelectricity conversion efficiency and high machining efficiency in short electric arc machining,but it easily caused workpieces damage.In order to achieve effective control of the machining electric arc,an equipment of tool electrode rotation with internal flushing was developed.Mechanical device structure,pulse power supply,electric arc control circuit and protection circuit of the device were designed in details.To verify the effectiveness of the electric arc control method,multiple sets of short electric arc machining tests on high hardness alloy Monel400 were conducted,and machining arc voltage electricity were detected and analyzed.
