摘　　要：依据石化筒节凸台堆焊的主要特点与工艺流程,设计了以PLC为控制核心,并配备高性能GT2000系列触摸屏、RS232通信模块、回归反射性光电开关、伺服控制系统和自动焊接机架等单元构成的石化凸台双枪自动堆焊设备。经过现场试验与产品实际焊接,该套石化筒节凸台双枪堆焊设备自动化程度高,堆焊效率较单枪有大幅提升。该套设备在石化、造船、锅炉内外壁堆焊等行业中具有较高的实用价值。According to the main characteristics and process of the petrifaction cylinder with lug boss,the double gun automatic surfacing welding equipment was designed,which was composed of PLC as control core,high performance GT2000 series touch screen,RS232 communication module,regressive reflective photoelectric switch,servo control system and automatic welding frame.Through the field test and the actual welding of the product,the automatic degree of the double gun surfacing welding equipment for petrifaction cylinder with lug boss had high automation degree and the surfacing efficiency was greatly improved than that of the single gun.The equipment had high practical values in petrochemical,shipbuilding,boiler wall surfacing and so on.
