摘  要:盾构机在砂土液化地层掘进时,要避免盾体下沉造成姿态超限风险,以某地铁盾构区间为依托,研究防盾体下沉控制技术。结果表明:通过自制厚浆、注入设备改造、管片人工姿态复核,掘进过程中跟踪特殊浆液注入和脱出盾尾管片后二次注浆综合技术,实现了盾构机安全、平稳、快速的掘进,解决了因盾体下沉导致的地表沉降、垂直姿态超限、管片拼装困难的影响,提高了盾构掘进过程中的安全、质量系数,缩短了施工周期,降低了施工成本。同时,也推进了特殊浆液技术在复杂地质条件下盾构姿态控制施工中的应用,综合效益显著。In order to avoid the risk of posture overrun caused by the shield subsidence in sand liquefaction formation,based on a subway shield interval,have studied on the control technology of shield subsidence.The results show that through the self-made thick grouting,injection equipment modification,segment artificial posture review,tracking the thick grouting injection and secondary grouting injection of segment leaving shield tail skin during the tunneling process,the shield machine is safe,stable and fast.The settlement of the tunnel solves the effects of ground subsidence,vertical attitude overrun,and difficulty in assembling segments due to the sinking of the shield body,improves the safety and quality factor during shield tunneling,shortens the construction period,and reduces construction costs.At the same time,the application of thick slurry technology in shield attitude control construction under complex geological conditions has also been promoted,and the comprehensive benefits are significant.
