摘　　要：在建筑技术水平持续提升的大背景下,加之社会发展需求,地下室修筑工程的规模进一步扩大,但依然会出现一些质量问题,如底板渗漏等。文章以某地铁大型地下停车场为例,总结存在的地下室底板渗漏问题,分析其原因并提出可行的处理措施,为地下室的整体使用效果提供保障。Under the background of the continuous improvement of the level of construction technology and the needs of social development,the scale of the basement construction project has further expanded,but some quality problems,such as leakage of floor plates,will still occur.Taking a large underground parking lot in a subway as an example,the article summarizes the leakage problem of the basement floor,analyzes the reasons,and proposes feasible measures to provide guarantee for the overall use of the basement.
